Since 2016, the Public Relations Study Program has been awarded an “A” accreditation rating by the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT), an official recognition that the quality of education, teaching, and graduates are at the highest level.
In 2021, BAN-PT reaffirmed the “A” accreditation until 2026 based on Decision No. 9025/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PPJ/S/VI/2021. However, for the Public Relations Program, maintaining quality is not the ultimate goal—it is a stepping stone to achieve greater heights.
A major milestone was achieved in 2023 when the Public Relations Program broke into the international arena by obtaining accreditation from the Agency for Quality Assurance through Accreditation of Study Programs (AQAS) in Germany. This international recognition not only enhances prestige but also serves as proof that the educational standards implemented have been recognized worldwide.
In 2025, BAN-PT converted this international recognition into Excellent Accreditation through Decision No. 6929/SK/BAN/PT/Ak.KP/S1/VII/2025—the highest ranking achievable by a study program in Indonesia. This is a commitment that the Public Relations Program will continue to produce professional public relations professionals ready to contribute on both national and global stages.
