Sumedang, January 31, 2025, Lecturer of Study Program of Public Relations Unpad, Retasari Dewi, S.I.Kom., M.I.Kom., together with students, conducted a storytelling activity based on a storybook titled “Keracunan Jajanan Viral” (Viral Snack Poisoning) in Kadujaya Village, Sumedang Regency, as part of the Unpad Student Field Work Program (KKNM).

This activity presented a creative learning method for elementary school children, with the aim of instilling an understanding of the dangers of unhealthy snacks and the importance of maintaining a healthy diet. Through an interactive storytelling approach, children were encouraged to be more critical in choosing food and to understand the health risks that can arise from dangerous snacks.

This program is a tangible manifestation of the contribution of Unpad academics and students in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education). By directly involving the community, this activity not only enhances children’s health literacy from an early age but also strengthens the university’s role in building a healthier, smarter, and more empowered generation.
