The writing culture is growing and developing among teachers. The existence of technological developments on the one hand facilitates and facilitates information for teachers to seek inspiration, collect written materials, write various types of writings, and publish them through the media. The recording device makes it easy for teachers to record their teaching activities and then transfer them into video or into text. Reading and writing is an obligation for teachers to develop insight and develop self-potential in order to be able to teach students better. Moreover, now teachers are also required to conduct classroom action research and publish the results of their research. However, not all teachers have the competence to put their ideas into written form. This is due to the teaching methods used by teachers which tend to be oral and face-to-face communication in class. For this reason, training in writing articles as material for scientific publications for teachers is necessary to improve their competence as educators. The method of implementing this training begins with the stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation. The implementation uses the lecture method and direct practice of writing scientific articles and sending them to various mass media which provides a special column for teachers.
