This study aims to find out how PT INTI’s public relations manages internal conflict between management and unions. The focus in this research is how public relations manages conflict and how PT INTI’s public relations overcomes the impacts that arise from conflicts that occur. The theory used in this study is the Conflict Management Style of Thomas and Kilmann to see how internal conflict management is carried out by PT INTI public relations and Image Restoration Theory or image restoration theory to see PT INTI’s public relations addressing impacts and overcoming conflicts. This study uses a case study research method, a critical paradigm in a qualitative approach with the number of informants consisting of 3 people from PT INTI’s public relations staff.
