Maroon Master Class Activities Ep. 0 this year invited the Head of BEM Kema Unpad 2022 as a guest speaker and presented the theme “The Urgency of Growth Mindset in Leading and Managing an Organization”. This activity provides an understanding of the leadership mindset for the core management of the Querencia Cabinet Public Relations Hima 2023. This event was held on March 25 2023 in a hybrid manner at the Delta Building, Unpad Faculty of Economics and Business.
Speakers who attended the MMC Ep. 0 this year is the Chairperson of BEM Kema Unpad in 2022 as well as the founder of a youth organization called “Meaningful Generation” namely Verdian Aurelio Hartono or who is familiarly called Kang Iyang. He has a lot of experience in the field of Leadership and actively participates in various student organizations at Padjadjaran University.
MMC Activities Ep. 0 begins with the Pre Test by the participants, then continues with the reading of the speaker’s CV, and continues again with lectures on leadership. The material presented by Kang Iyang was regarding leadership strategies, organizing activities and solving cases from the leader’s point of view. MMC Activities Ep. 0 this year was attended by 15 participants offline and 4 participants who attended online. After the presentation, the participants were given a brief on the study case work and afterwards presented the results of the discussion to get feedback from Kang Iyang. The MMC activity was closed with a group photo session and Post Test work as a tool to measure the participants’ level of understanding of the material presented.
