This study aims to (a) identify and then describe the behavior of using information media among adolescents in seeking information about reproductive health; and (b) their internet usage behavior. This study used a descriptive method with a population of first to fourth year adolescents with an age range of 18 to 24 years in West Java. Data collection will be carried out through questionnaires, interviews and observation. This type of research is a descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative data which is conducted with the aim of describing or describing objects and phenomena related to health communication, especially around reproductive health information among adolescents with the aim of mapping patterns, behavior of using information media among adolescents in Java. West. The results of the study show that the information media platform that is mostly accessed by teenagers is through social media, the highest is Instagram and Twitter while the lowest is newspapers followed by radio. The method of conveying messages with infographics and memes is considered to be the most effective through social media.
