In order to create good governance, the Cimahi city government provides public information media regarding the Covid-19 pandemic in the Cimahi city area in the form of the PICC website as a form of implementing cyber public relations to support Cimahi city government e-governance. This study aims to determine Cyber Public Relations activities carried out by the City Government of Cimahi, namely to find out Transparency, Internet Porosity, The Internet As An Agent, Richness In Content, and how to achieve Reach in conveying information to the public to become Good Governance (Government the good one). The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation (non-participant), and documentation. In analyzing the data the researcher uses data reduction, data presentation, and also draws conclusions or verification, to validate the data the researcher uses source triangulation. The results of the research obtained are that the cimahi city government in supporting e governance in order to create good governance has implemented cyber public relations in providing transparent information, easy access to information, reducing the delivery of information using print media, creating good content, and cimahi’s website is starting to be known and easy to find with implementing search engine optimization (SEO) and also using integrated hyperlinks on all websites and Instagram social media.
