Since the current COVID-19 pandemic, several entrepreneurs have started looking for ways to sell their products because several business lines cannot operate optimally offline. So they do digital business, this is one of the most popular things in the economic field that is done to expand the company’s market share in their online business. Of several business categories in Indonesia, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or (UMKM) is one of the business categories that has had the most impact from the COVID-19 pandemic, because the finances of some MSME category business actors were not even stable prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. and it’s getting worse with the pandemic. Therefore, we are helping one of the SMEs in Bandung, namely Coffeestrip, through managing social media by planning content, product photos, designing Instagram feeds, writing captions, and uploading content. Everything is done on Instagram Coffeestrip social media. Apart from that, media platform marketplaces (Shopee) and on-demand multi-service platforms (Gojek) were also created to increase sales from the MSME business.
