The desire to become a legislator is not something that appears suddenly in a woman, but all of them go through a mature thought process, a strong desire from within, have good political communication competence and just make choices in filling public space. So far, politics has been identified with the world of men, therefore it requires strong motivation from within female legislator candidates to fill this space and strengthened by motivation from outside themselves, this will then make female legislators able to carry out their duties and functions properly. The theory used in this study is the Phenomenological Theory. In this study the method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach.
