Satisfaction of PT. Biopharma in building animal feed security

One of the main areas of public relations (PR) work is bridging the interests of the company and society, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a real activity in bridging these two interests. In order for the CSR carried out by the company to have an impact on the development of society, especially in the economic field and be able to fulfill the company’s interests, the implementation of CSR is directed at activities that have the same values (interests). Thus in the implementation process, CSR PT. Biofarma (Persero) in the form of economic empowerment through planting green grass for livestock feed security also requires its ability to provide satisfaction to program participants. The problem is what is the level of participant satisfaction in implementing CSR? This research is important apart from being an evaluation of the direction of implementation as well as being an indicator of the success and failure of the implementation of the CSR program itself. This research was carried out through a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires with processing and presentation using simple statistical data but still fulfilling the required scientific principles. Based on field findings, the results of this research show that judging from the process, the implementation of CSR in planting green grass for animal feed security is assessed by CSR program participants as being able to provide satisfaction, even with a very high level of satisfaction. Conceptually, the results of this study also mean that the implementation of PT. Biofarma (Persero) has been able to achieve a high level of success.
